Anyway, today was a good day. I ate right and got a run in. I really wanted nothing more than to sit around eating cookie dough mix and to not run. Somewhere, I mustered up the determination to stay on track. I ran a quick mile and had tuna. It was more satisfying to stay on course.
I challenge everyone to walk away from one horrible food decision this week. To get out there and do that one extra exercise. Definitely won't hurt!
---Also, heads up for everyone. On my iPhone, I have an app called streaks. For those of you that may be like me, you should check it out. Basically it checkmarks the days that you do something in a month. Example: I have 3 different calendars on "streaks". Running, water, exercise. It shows me how many days I'm doing right and how many I get off track. I really like it because I want to put a check on eating healthy. It's the one I've seen that I actually try really hard to get checked off. Whatever does it for you I guess.
Does anyone have any other iPhone app suggestions? I love healthy apps!
