March Madness - So Many Good Things

Okay Everyone! It's been awhile so I have several things to talk about! I'm not even sure where to start. I'll probably have to edit this haha.

Oatmeal. That's right. I now like oatmeal. DO YOU REALIZE THE POSSIBILITIES?! I've always super hated oatmeal. Like, bought it, tried it, wanted to throw up, discarded entire pack. Well, those days are long gone. I now love it. As in, it's an everyday thing almost for breakfast. I just use a little spray butter, 1 T PB2, and 1 T Truvia. Deliciouso. Today, I was looking around on Instagram and seen a bunch of ideas for my next oatmeal bowl involving bananas and chia seeds and strawberries. Possibilities endless.

Yogurt. Oh PB2, you little dreamboat. That's right. PB2 has caused me to love yogurt as well. Here's how I like it!

GallonChallenge. I decided March 5th to up my water consumption to 128 oz AKA 1 Gallon! I was drinking 3 of my VS jugs for 96 oz, then thought what's 1 more jug to have a gallon. I have never felt so good. This is the number one healthy change going on in my life right now. Drinking so much water has 1. Prevented Snack Attacks and 2. Caused me to not be so hungry. I have a lot of energy and just feel great. Yes, I do have to make frequent trips to the bathroom, but it's really not an inconvenience for me. I think that is a really poor reason to kick yourself out of feeling great.
I like to use Crystal Light to help get me to the gallon. Here's some of the ones that I bought:

My workouts have been really good, with the exception of this week. I was really busy with my senior thesis, etc. etc. ---> Lame, I know. Oh, one of these things was a job interview!! Totally, not lame at all! Fingers are crossed that I get the graduate assistant spot for the First Year Experience Coordinator at my college!

Back to my weight > May I just say I lost 3 pounds this week! It's because of this water, I'm telling you! Because I definitely wasn't doing my part to help with my lack of working out. Don't worry though because this is happening:

Hot Bahama Mama BootCamp! That's right. The week after Spring Break I am doing a bootcamp with my mom, ran by my amazingly fit cousin! We are going to probably get our butts handed to us at first, but I'm ready to get myself in gear! Plus, going to the Bahamas in May (have I even mentioned that?! *Spoiler*) has caused me to bump up my game. Everyone needs their motivation!

  5. We have the same goals - water, water, water. I usually haul around my 32oz bottle and fill it maybe 2-4 times Ina day. This week, though, I've been slacking. So, that's the next thing in my list to improve too!
