My 2014 Fitness Binder!!

Guys, have y'all even heard about the vast world of free printables out there?! Literally for everything. Well I found out about that mess this weekend and I have just took it to a whole new level. My binder is so cute! I have my NY Resolutions, my 10 reasons I want to lose weight from when I started 2 years ago, my "Before Story", meal plans, recipes, calorie logs, weight training logs, a mile challenge check off, a weight tracker and rewards tracker, 1/2 marathon race information, my 1/2 training plan, "fun runs" in 2014, a 2014 fitness bucket list, kayak information (I want to buy a kayak this summer.... still working that out, I drive a pontiac g6), campus fitness equipment rentals, and my goal swim suits for summer time vacations!!!! Like, I am impressed with myself.

I need to share this..
The cover is my 2014 Resolutions, which are: goal weight 198, run 1/2 marathon, run 600 miles this year, and make adventures. An overall get active/busy is in there to. 

Fitness Bucket List. Because I got things I want to do!

I'm actually trying to run 50 miles/month, but I'll use the 60 mile and clock in walks as well. I may be drawing in my own bubbles!

I used the training plan below and just matched it up to dates. 

I like this guy. Slow, steady. Continue onward!

Meal plan ideas and grocery list in one. 

Cardio/weights/yoga and then a comment box so I can put whatever I want, namely calories lost & all info when I run. 

I don't have to move mountains every day, but I can keep a general idea of things I have in mind. 

LOVE this. Finally enough room haha. Love it.

We haven't decided on a marathon, so I have some ones near and/or dear to be looking at. 

These aren't 1/2s, but things I may want to do. 

Hiking Pinnacle was a blast. Waterfalls are on my Bucket List, and there's no better time. I also just really want to do fun outdoorsy stuff like this all summer. Every weekend basically. Hoping for a lot more camping this summer. And Below I talk about that more. 

KAYAKS. You heard me. I want one. I drive a Pontiac G6, no clue how to maneuver one, not to mention I've never even been in a kayak, and it's all I can think about. I am working HARD to lose about 40 pounds by the mid-April time frame and I'm going to reward myself with one. My bf lives on a boat and has a kayak and I want to basically be doing that all the time! I also work pretty close by a lake.
