Weight Update

Weigh Day During Finals==NO GAIN!!! Better than last year!! I may still not be eating the healthiest (stuffing your face with fruit is still stuffing your face lol) but it's a lot better than pigging out on an entire thing of cookie dough, or honeybuns, or brownies, etc. etc. etc. Hope everyone is having a good week and if you see you're mindlessly just running through your food because you're stressed, try to eat a meal and then back away. Sometimes you really are hungry and a meal will fill you up before a bag of chips and a candy bar.
