A Mid Feb Review

Hello Everyone!

February has been pretty fantastic for me! Water, eating healthy, some running, and exercising this month has been spot on. Last week we were hitting like 4 miles a day, with some yoga and workouts on my phone. OH-- My plank time is 1 minute!! It's just been very satisfying, and that is the perfect work to describe it.

This week was rough though. I am the president of the psychology club at my college and we wanted to host a bake sale to raise money for a shelter in our community. Good news we made about $300, and inspired another club to make a donation as well. Of course, the bad news was I was surrounded by baked goods for 4 days. (Made some the night before, 2 days of bake sale, then took the treats to my boyfriends where I had some today). Now, I was doing pretty fine. Until I popped in two doughnuts yesterday and 2 today. WTF. So not cool.

See how those two paragraphs are total opposites. That's life. It's what happens on a journey. It's ups and downs. Do you stop? Do you get discouraged? NO. You truck on and you get inspired to start back even stronger. Be Better. Overcome.
