Over the holidays weight loss was a joke. A really horrible, sad joke. Last year I started up my weight loss December 26th so I didn't really have to deal with holidays. This year.... I guess I didn't really deal them anyways. So I ended up gaining, as I have mentioned previously. BUT- with that said, I am doing great getting that weight and then some off! This year is going to be just as enriching and exciting as last year.
---Why? Because I am a different person. Because I will not know defeat. Because I want this for myself. And because I've already seen that I can do it. Speaking of, check out this difference! ---
I did up some "February Goals" to help get me back on track and so far so good! Running was actually just walking/exercising, so I edited up calendar months so in Feb. we can tell the days that I walked vs days I ran.
Overall, I think I did pretty well. Clearly, I see where the weekends were hard and I completely tanked on the water scene. But this is going to make for some awesome improvements in February!
And yes that says C25K. I am so back on it. I loved it and once I finished I went into C210K then quit pretty soon after. I hated running for 45 minutes straight. It SUCKED. And really I think that I wasn't ready for it. At least not mentally. SO, I've decided that instead of completely foregoing my running dreams, I'm going to go back to the running I love. which is about 30 minutes, and I'm going to build up to that. I'm excited about it! 3 days a week C25K and then elliptical 2x.
Also, one of my goals is to exercise and do right on the weekends when I'm spending time with my skinny bf who LOVES to eat. That's right. It's oh so annoying, but oh well. I need to learn to work with that. That said, I started back counting calories this weekend. I was a boss. I stayed around 1500 calories.
It was also a great weekend to get outside so the bf went kayaking (JEALOUS) and I went and walked around the lake area. Then once we were done we did some sun salutation yoga and at first I felt a little embarrassed by my planking skills but he said I was looking good, imagine that lol.
I ended up losing 2 pounds this week. AMEN! Ready for this next week's adventures. Hope everyone is doing fabulous.
Here's some other photos for y'all! In case you couldn't get enough.

ReplyDeleteThat’s the spirit! Glad to hear that you’re back and I wish you won’t stop anytime soon! I envy you for having so many exciting physical activity options. I planned my own weight loss program too. I have my goals and do’s and don’ts and it’s all written in my vision board. It’s really helping. Keep your hopes up. Good luck and keep the blog updated!

I lost 3 pounds this week by drinking a gallon of water a day! There's definitely no stopping. Winter was a rough season for sure. Do you have a blog or some way for me to look at your progress? -- Also, I can not wait to swim! Of all the machines in the world, I'd take some swimming anyday!
