30 Day Squat Challenge

30 Day Squat Challenge!

Hello Everyone! A lot of my friends and I are doing this 30 Day Squat Challenge.

 
 


Feel free to join in! There's no starting date so everyone can jump in whenever they want! Also, feel free to break the squats into manageable sets for you. I'm building up this booty haha!

Squats are sometimes an awkward thing for beginners, so here is a picture on "Squat Form", or at least the typical squat. There are a ton of variations for squats out there: sumo squats, jump squats, etc. BUT, the ones were doing look like this ^^^^

    1. We were at first haha! BUT, yesterday we did 140 squats and it wasn't tooooo bad (after 100 squats in bootcamp). I feel like 250 is reachable! You should see people who are doing ones where you end up doing 450.... I was like... uhm, maybe later lol.
