I had a great time at the Bahamas!! I wanted to share some pictures on here, and give a general update on some of the neat things that we did.
My Top 3 Favorite Things:
Laying on the Beach all Day
Going to the Waterpark
&& Meeting Sasha, our Dolphin for the Day!!
Cute Story #1: SO we're meeting Sasha, our dolphin, for the Shallow Water Interaction. Now, I respect large aquatic animals something fierce. I'm not scared, I'm just not an idiot. Esp. after I researched a bunch of information about Orca whale attacks... yeah. Anyway! So, I'm the first one to go up and meet Sasha, and the trainer told me to pet her belly. I didn't know how long or with what level of intensity, so I have a half-a$$ rub to this lady lol, to which the trainer said "Sasha, she didn't rub your belly did she" and the sweet baby shook her head back and forth and said no in her dolphin language. So precious! I felt so bad lol.
Cute Story #2: I got a little sunburnt on the first day of the vacation, and for the first time in my life I could seriously care less about trying to be tan. SO, I laid under towels for the rest of the beach laying outs. I was still having a great time, in my towels, reading, listening and looking at waves crashing, doing some people watching. But, for all the enjoyment, I did fall asleep under the blanket on the beach like a small child.
Fun Fact: Every day my mom got told she was either too young to be my mom, looked like my sister, or people thought we were sorority sisters/ college kids. She loved it.
Ridiculous Mess: Wind. So windy. Sand in my face type mess. Expensive water. My 3 Musketeers tasted coconuty. Milk was gross.
