So after a week of hard work, I stepped on the scale for the "moment of truth" and was happy with what I saw! A 3 pound loss!! So that brings me to 240 pounds, and 28 pounds lost. The week of eating healthier and working out harder paid off! SO, here's some pictures to really summarize the weekend:
