Goals, Goals, Goals!!!

Okay, so the beginning of a new month starts tomorroow. I personally love a fresh start especially after eating like crap over the weekend. The beginning of a new month always gives me time to reflect and plan ahead. A couple of days ago, September 26th, marked the 9 month anniversary of my weight loss journey. 1st - Holy Smokes, that is an incredibly long time. 2nd- I am so happy that it's been no light thing, or something I did for 3 months and quit. In 9 months, I have lost 32 pounds, a pants size, and a shirt size. My rings fit better, my face is noticeably slimmer, my sides are coming in more, and I am stronger. I run a 12 minute mile solid now, before I was worn out at a 17 mile walk/run pace. I feel great about myself, and I've enjoyed not eating shitty foods, and feeling like crap. So, with that moment of reflecting about my journey, it's now time to think about where I am wanting to be and how to get there. Most of you know that I wanted to lose 50 pounds this year. So, thats 18 pounds left to go in 3 months. So 6 pounds a month. In order to do this, no doubt I need to jump on some plans to get there. So this is what I have:

Weekly Goals For The Rest Of 2012:
  • Run (3 runs) a week
  • Walk 3 days a week
  • Weights 3x Weekly
  • Drink 64 oz. Water a Day
  • 1300 calories during week, 1500 on weekend
  • Stay on the plan even during the weekend
  • Snack mainly on fruits and veggies

  1. I'm loving your reflective sum up- it really puts things into perspective of how great you're doing!! Good luck with the goals, you can totally shift those 18 pounds in the next 3 months! :)
