Weekly Goals For The Rest Of 2012:
- Run (3 runs) a week
- Walk 3 days a week
- Weights 3x Weekly
- Drink 64 oz. Water a Day
- 1300 calories during week, 1500 on weekend
- Stay on the plan even during the weekend
- Snack mainly on fruits and veggies
I started this blog in 2011, to record my weight loss journey, & to hold myself accountable. Specifically, I began my journey Dec. 26th 2011. I'm 22 years old, female, 5'4, and to date have lost 44 pounds. This year, I have made incredible leaps and bounds in my journey and I LOVE the blogging community.
