Day of Delicious

This was my lunch and it was delicious. I had Gordon's grilled tilapia with Ronzoni garden delight fettuccine with Ragu light alfredo sauce. This was amazing. The tilapia came with two servings, so tomorrow I will get to eat this again for lunch! Also, I only cooked 1/3 of the noodles so I will have exactly enough for this meal and the one tomorrow. Perfecto!
 
 
Then I had breakfast for dinner, because I'm bad like that. And being bad was fantastic lol. I stole the recipe for chocolate chip protein pancakes from @healthfitnesslove_24 on Instagram and here is a picture of that:
When I was doing this I didn't have any vanilla almond milk, so I used 0% milk. It made a really runny consistency. SO, I added about 2/3 to 1 cup of oat flour. Made them so perfect. Made up 6 pankcakes for me.

  2. Y'all are so sweet! I'm so new at cooking it's unreal lol. And I understand about the chef hat, I'm the same way about an apron...although I don't have one ;)
