Make Each Day A New Start
One more pound down this week!! Total of 13 pounds. Last week I added a bunch of Jump Roping. I really think that it has been doing the body good. I do single jumps, keeping the feet about 1-3 inches off the ground. I'm not pro yet, no double whatnots ;)) I don't wanna get whipped in the face so I'm holding out on that for a while!
I am so thankful to lose a pound this week. I worked really hard and one pound is something everyone should be proud of. Knowing that you lead a healthy lifestyle, feel good, and are making positive changes is all an accomplishment within itself. I hope no one gets discouraged based off their current weight loss. Most people have off weeks, you can see that in my weight loss tracker to the right! Remember, as always, tomorrow is a new day, and this week is a new week.
You Have The Authority To Take Charge.
