New Weigh Day

As the blog title says, I have decided to change the day of the week that I weighed myself from Monday to Friday. The main reason is because I know that I am more relaxed on the weekend and then when Monday rolls around I feel like my best efforts haven't been shown. It's really a mental thing, but I'm not so set in my ways that I can't change it up. So for now it's on Fridays! I'm still starting my week on Monday as far as workouts though and as far as "starting the week goes" in general, the weigh day is just different. Can't wait to see what Friday says! I'm hoping for a loss and I'm working hard for it. Run in the morning!
