I've been seeing a bunch of recipes on Instagram, Blogger, etc. that call for chia seeds. Mostly, I've seen them thrown into healthy pancakes. The other day I was just strolling through TJMaxx, and I found chia seeds and flaxseed for like $3 a piece. I'm about to start throwing a tsp here and there into my recipes. AND I found a little grater that will be not as messy as the big huge one I was working with yesterday. I think it was $4. I was excited!
Update: You can't even taste Flaxseed. I'm throwing them all over my muffins, pancakes, and shakes!
I have never tried out bought either of those but I see people using them all the time. I dont even know what they are lol
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I don't know all there is to know about anything, but they were packed with all sorts of nutrients, and I like to throw them into morning shakes. I'm all for flaxseed, but I've only used the chia seeds for baking so far. If you ever see any check out the back!
DeleteI LOVE Chia Seeds! I put them in everything I'll even throw a Tbs. in my Crystal Light let it sit for 10min or so then drink it up (looks gross but tastes fine). Also I love all the yummy recipes gonna try the pancakes tomorrow :)
