Whole Wheat Oatmeal Carrot Raisin Muffins

These little things are delicious! I had these for dinner, breakfast, dinner, and a snack lol. YUM.
 
Here's the recipe!


I got this recipe from healthfitnesslove_24 on Instagram! Recipe in the top right corner. My muffins came out in the middle right picture, and my end muffins with my topping in the bottom right.

And here's some mess because that's how I am in the kitchen.

This is what the mixture looked like!

Healthy topping!! I melted 1 Tbsp of PB, added about 1 Tbsp of almond milk, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, and 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder. I mixed all that up then put 1 TBSP of raspberry jelly (the kind that is 10 calories for 1 tbsp). DELICIOUS. Her's looks a lot more pro than mine haha, but it is delicious.
