C25K, Weigh-In, Revamp

Today was the 2nd workout of my Couch to 5K experience, and I loved it. The heat was miserable this morning at 5:45. How that is even possible?? I have no clue. BUT, nonetheless, as we stepped outside into what I knew was about to cause us to drench sweat, I knew we were about to feel so accomplished and beastly! All of this positivity is completely fueled by the fact that today was my weigh in (Not going to be around a scale tomorrow). Drum Roll Please.......

2 pounds down, for a total of -27 lbs!!!

We started the warmup and I thought I got my songs playing in time to hit the chorus when we started running. WELL, that's a big fat no. On my running intervals I kept missing the chorus, but you best believe I was Jamming on the slow-go walks! But, I completely managed and felt great afterwards. Today I had a shoulder pad sweat pattern, I've never had that, it was really weird. I've even sweated more on other workouts and still no shoulder pad sweats lol. I was so happy for a shower when I got home. This morning stuff is working out great!

Now I'm waiting to go swimming for some more exercise!

---OH- DUH?! What was I thinking?! I lost 2 pounds this week and I think I've found out what's helping me out. So I know I'm a total badass on my working out. My main issue is the eating. Mainly, I was eating my exercise calories, which typically broke into 1700-1800 calories. This week I've cut that out, and I'm only eating my food calories, which amounts to 1520 calories. So, cutting back on calories and keeping up with my exercise. Seems simple, but I was really using those exercise calories just because I had them, because this 1520 calories has been manageable.
