Friday Weigh

So, 243 pounds...again this week. Normally, I am just a little annoyed or frustrated if I don't lose. This week I took it as a personal attack! Seriously, I worked out everyday, except for Saturday....sometimes even 2. I ate well, everday, except Tuesday (where I had 2,083 calories, of pure crap). I think that because I worked so hard this week, my expectations were high. I had expected a 2-3 pound loss. But, since I am sooooo bummed about the scale today, I'm going a different route. I'm going to write down a few NSVs (non-scale victories) that have happened here lately. Then, I'll just pick myself back up and trail into next week.

NSV
- I wore a pair of jeans that were a bit too tight during Christmas, and now they were falling off my butt within a few hours.
- I feel strong from my workouts, and they have caused me to decide to begin C25K training this upcoming week.
-I was able to shimmy up through the hole in a tube, while out in the deep end (No easy feat!!!).
-I've committed to running the Jingle Bell Run 5k December 8th.
- I wore my short swimming coverup shorts to Walmart yesterday and looked and felt really cute (Always best to test something at Walmart lol).
-I am completely on top of drinking 64 oz of water, all day every day!
-I'm becoming a better cook! Actually starting to make things on my own.
-My ring is getting loose. The one that my boyfriend got me for my birthday IN MAY!
