Challenges and Goals

This week's goals! I have to have weekly goals to stay accountable, and I honestly love it. This week's goals were definitely all about fitness! Must be coming off of last weekend's run lol. Sprint series are amazing! Basically its a 5 minute warm up, 200 meter sprint, 200 meter walk (do the sprint/walk for a mile) then a 5 minute cool down.



Mom found this crunch challenge for those interested. I love it, I definitely think that these are manageable, which makes me like 1000x more likely to do this.


What's up guys- this is my awesome race shirt! Slept in it and my cheetah pants lol.


Today's simple and delicious lunch. Ham/Cheese sandwich, apple, and pb yogurt






My new August Challenge that I am so happy to be a part of! This just looks like fun, and has me amped up.


And I already have my goals made out for tomorrow. The August challenge, the crunch challenge, and the week x week challenge. Basically what the week x week challenge is, is each week I'll take on a new challenge. I have it set up to do a plank week, wall sit week, burpee week, and jump week. I love breaking it down like that.

 

Two other goals I have are that I'd really like to work hard to lose 5 pound over August. If I could lose 5 pounds each month, that would be 25 by the end of the year. With the way I've been losing, I feel unstoppable. I also want to have a hypothetical number to strive towards.

 

The other goal is that I want to do 50 squats before each shower, because I can totally do that, and that would be a good squat challenge for me. Even if I did them while I brushed my teeth or in small sets.
