Everybody has their favorites. Here's some of mine! I wouldn't say em, unless I meant it. All are my healthy lifestyle related questions and answers. Have fun, feel free to steal and use as your own!
Favorite Food: Chicken, no lie. It never gets old to me.
Favorite Drink: Water. I drink that mess by the gallon. Next would be milk. Outside of that I don't drink much else. Fun Fact-- I HATE cokes. It makes me feel like my esophagus is on fire and I cry when I drink them.
Favorite Workout Move: Leg Throws. Nothing feels as tight and controlled as doing leg throws.
Favorite Workout Clothes: Old Navy is my brand. My legs rub together really bad so I really only wear compression pants, and that helps tremendously. For a top I go with some old standard T-shirt.
Favorite Mantra: I CAN do this. << Knowing that you can complete something, and the worst thing happen is you tried, makes you want to do anything.
Favorite Workout Magazine: When the magazines bust out those smaller, yet huge, workout editions.... You know what I'm talking about, right??
Favorite Outdoors Activity: Swimming, hands down. LOVE swimming. Hiking is second, but nothign compares to swimming.
Favorite Workout Jam: Marry You by Bruno Mars.
I started this blog in 2011, to record my weight loss journey, & to hold myself accountable. Specifically, I began my journey Dec. 26th 2011. I'm 22 years old, female, 5'4, and to date have lost 44 pounds. This year, I have made incredible leaps and bounds in my journey and I LOVE the blogging community. My followers are crazy smart & super creative! I steal a lot of my good ideas from them ;) Hope through my posts, y'all are able to steal a few also. Thanks for stopping by!
