Sprint Series & Summer Fun

Interval Training Sprint Workout--- So that is the link to a thing called "Sprint Series". Basically what this particular one showed was the guy running 200 meters, then walking 200 meters and did 5 sets. If you round up, 200 meters is .13 miles if your like me and don't do meters. It was a pretty legit workout, and sprints/high intensity is my thing I'm thinking! So seriously- go to that link, do some sprints, and feel like a rockstar.
