Do Work, Be Proud

Week One of my HIIT and H2O challenges went great! I highly encourage little programs like these to shake things up and push your limits. I absolutely HATE the treadmill. I feel like I am an elephant running through the woods, always have, it's just one of my few gym insecurities. HOWEVER, that being said, the other day I did Week One, Workout Two on the treadmill, and I felt great. I ran the 90 seconds intervals at 5 mph, and before there was no way I could push myself to run that long, that hard. I felt really proud and accomplished about my workout.. about myself really.

As far as the water, I have a cutesy Victoria's Secret 32 oz water bottle and I just fill it up twice a day to get my water in. I have found that its best to get all the water drank by at least 3 hours prior, otherwise you're going to be waking up twice in the middle of the night and crawling out of bed (granted for me its jumping out of my jacked up dorm twin bed).

Can we just look at the neck sweat lol --- Woot Woot!

Also, in case anybody noticed those are, in facto, new earphones. They are some sort of Sony Sport ones from Walmart and I really like them. My old ones were severed in a garbage incident...
