MyFitnessPal. It's the best calorie counter app out there (my personal thoughts) for anyone interested. It's also a website too. One of my friends showed me and I tested to see if it matched up to the products I was able to see the calories on and it does. But not only that, it tells the nutritional facts. Which for me means I'm getting to do weight watchers points on a few things that I hadn't before. I'm not necessarily counting calories- I'm just seeing what my points values convert to in calories. I was glad to see that eating my points was in the same range as eating my calories they set you up with. Just another neat little tool for those interested. And let me just say: some of the calories I found were pretty shocking ( mainly restaurant foods) and I was VERY glad to get that information. They also have this thing that tells you based on your calorie intake and exercise (coupled with the information you give them about your weight, height, etc.) an estimate on what you would lose in 5 weeks if you ate that way everyday (you log your food everyday and at the end it says "finished logging for today" you click it and it gives you the estimate based off that day). It may seem silly but it has kicked my butt in gear.

--- My name on there is bw165052 in case any of y'all want to add me as a friend. It doesn't share weight, it just shares how many calories you burned doing what exercise, the amount of weight you lose, and if you logged in/were under calorie goal.
I started this blog in 2011, to record my weight loss journey, & to hold myself accountable. Specifically, I began my journey Dec. 26th 2011. I'm 22 years old, female, 5'4, and to date have lost 44 pounds. This year, I have made incredible leaps and bounds in my journey and I LOVE the blogging community. My followers are crazy smart & super creative! I steal a lot of my good ideas from them ;) Hope through my posts, y'all are able to steal a few also. Thanks for stopping by!
