Making Challenges to Motivate Yourself

After 2 weeks of being really REALLY relaxed on working out and eating right, I feel blah. I realize how much better my body feels when I am being healthy. And with finals coming up, I need to feel as confident and healthy as possible. So today marks the beginning of a new week & with this new week comes a new project. Actually, two challenges.

1. I had it in my little bucket list/goal section that I wanted to drink at least 8 glasses of water, every day, for a month. So, today I have began that challenge.

2. HIIT training for 5 weeks. I seen this workout on Pinterest and I am all about varying intensity so I thought it seemed like a really good little program.
