I started this blog in 2011, to record my weight loss journey, & to hold myself accountable. Specifically, I began my journey Dec. 26th 2011. I'm 22 years old, female, 5'4, and to date have lost 44 pounds. This year, I have made incredible leaps and bounds in my journey and I LOVE the blogging community. Blender/Shakes
My new blender that I absolutely LOVE!!! Not huge, just enough for what I need. I'm going to try to blend up some shakes for breakfast every morning this week. I'm doing Slimfast 3-2-1 Rich Chocolate Royal Shake Mix. It was really good the other morning. I also am ready to blend up some bananas with a little bit of cocoa power and eat that as a snack. Delicious! I'll get some blender recipies up as I start using the blender more frequently. I'm really excited about making smoothies though (using real fruit, watch out for some of those premade ready to go packages), AND I have heard about frozen hot chocolate shakes and I'm ready to bust that out one morning ;)) I have a really low cal diet hot chocolate mix so it'll be low in points/calories too.
---Also, I totally scoffed the Body by Vi Shakes, but I've tried one today and they are delicious. I don't recommend them as a lifestyle thing, but for people interested in them I thought I'd let y'all know that they are yummy!
Over this next week I'm going to be using Slimfast once a day, I'm looking to "shake" things up ;)) Beach in May!!
April 2nd ---- revising this entry. My blender isn't doing to hot. Is having a hard time blending up anything after that first time. Loveeeee my shakes so I hope this gets fixed fairly quickly.
