I love busting out a workout in a short amount of time. Because these two are broken up into 15 minute segments I can be at 7 minutes and tell my body "Half way through this one come on"
The thing I love about this particular workout that I found in Women's Health Magazine, then again on Pinterest, was that you could pick any two cardio machines, or just your fave, and modify it week to week.
I have been doing 15 minutes elliptical, get off do weights (this just twice a week), crunches, jump roping, stairs, etc. Then I get back on the elliptical and bust out another 15 minutes. Last week I increased my resistance for my 7-8 difficulty and for this week I am going to keep resistance and incline the same but add the treadmill in or perhaps just do it on the track.
