I started this blog in 2011, to record my weight loss journey, & to hold myself accountable. Specifically, I began my journey Dec. 26th 2011. I'm 22 years old, female, 5'4, and to date have lost 44 pounds. This year, I have made incredible leaps and bounds in my journey and I LOVE the blogging community. Can we say yum?! I don't know if anyone else does this, but one of my favorite snacks is a frozen banana. Grapes are pretty delicious too. Get that fruit in ladies!
