Energy Ball Recipe

Over the weekend I had plenty of down time to scroll throughout the depths of Pinterest, and since then I have added to my "list of things to try" quite a bit. One of the things that jumped out at me were these:



I'm calling them Power Balls, and I totally made them today following my own tweaks, and they were delicious!!

My recipe:
1 C Old Fashioned Oats
1/3 C of Shredded Coconut
1/3 C Ghiradelli Chocolate Chips
1/3 C Cranberries
1/3 C Raisins
1/2 C Ground Flaxseed
1/3 C Honey
1 tsp. Vanilla

Mix all the ingredients together, then let chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Take them out and roll them into med. sized balls, and it should make 20-25. Store in airtight container, and should last for about a week.
