Bailey Wheeler (BW): When did you start your healthy lifestyle?

BW: What made you begin your journey?
RG: I had just had my second child, and I was having some trouble getting back to my pre-baby weight. I started out by joining a Bootcamp. After that, it just spiraled from there. I started running, and training for my 1st 1/2 marathon, which I ran March 2013.
BW: What made you decide to start personal training and bootcamp?
RG: I enjoyed feeling good about myself and having more energy! I wanted to help others feel the same way.
BW: What's been the most surprising thing in your journey?
RG: The response I've had from the people! It's awesome that people look to me for inspiration.
BW: What's the been the hardest thing?
RG: Completing that half marathon!
BW: What's your favorite quote?
RG: Drink water like it's your job! If you drink water and put in the work , you WILL see results.
BW: What would you say to someone in doubt?
RG: If you want to, you can do anything. You can make it happen! Never underestimate yourself

BW: What's your favorite healthy food?
RG: Blueberries, strawberries, vanilla granola, with lowfat whip cream on top
BW: What's your favorite exercise?
RG: Burpees. I like running too. (did she just say that?!)
BW: How do you make time for all this with kids?
RG: I have a very supportive husband that has been helpful with evening workouts, and I do morning workouts. When you have kids, it's very important to make me time.
BW: What's your ultimate goal?
RG: Just one? Who has just one goal? It would be pretty sweet to be a biggest loser trainer....and do a handstand.
Burpees??? She is pretty darn cool! I run away from Burpees!
