So the other day I was scrolling through my Instagram Feed (baileywheeler is my username, and you should follow me so we can be friends) and I ran across this!!!
After about a week of not asking how to get to this little beauty (why, I have no clue), I decided I had to have it. Like... HAD TO.
Asked both of the sweet women where to find it and they led me here. <<< That's the link guys!
It was sweet sweet victory. There I was with my new little planner. I printed 5.
The point to getting this little sheet was that my food now fits inside of those boxes, whereas back in the day...it did not. And I thought it was the sheets fault... *eye roll*
Anyway, I'm back to journaling my food intake! I've been doing it everynight just going over what I've eaten for the day, but I am really enjoying having the entire weeks eats down on paper.
But again, you guys are awesome, so I thought I'd share :))
Do you guys journal? Count calories? Do something I've never heard of?! Let me know haha.
I started this blog in 2011, to record my weight loss journey, & to hold myself accountable. Specifically, I began my journey Dec. 26th 2011. I'm 22 years old, female, 5'4, and to date have lost 44 pounds. This year, I have made incredible leaps and bounds in my journey and I LOVE the blogging community.
